We typically arrive at the venue a few hours before the start time to set up our equipment and ensure everything is in perfect working order. The exact setup time may vary depending on the complexity of the event. There is also a need for 1 to 2 hours of tear down. So if venue is closing after event is over there will be additional fees involved with coming after hours to tear down equipment.
Absolutely! We encourage clients to provide us with a list of their favorite songs and special requests in advance so we can provide the best music selections for you. We'll work closely with you to create a personalized playlist.
